My name is Crystal. I would like to thank you for visiting.. It is my pleasure to create delicious organic, gluten free, plant-based cuisine that everyone can enjoy..

Many folks know me here in my current hometown of Eugene, Oregon having previously owned a café. Due to changes in circumstances I've since had to close it down, choosing to focus more on my health at this time. I still enjoy making good food and so am able to do freelance chefwork through offering seasonal catering for small parties and private events in addition to the Grab and Go that's available daily at select stores. Photos below are a sampling of my offerings.  I hope to be able to inspire you to healthier living through delicious food!

We take our stand against genetically modified foods (GMO’s)

by voting with our dollars.

Our menu eliminates many of the USDA--recognized ingredients for the most common food allergens: Wheat (gluten), Dairy, Eggs, Fish and Shellfish, and Peanuts.  Some of our foods may

contain soy and tree nuts.  

While our kitchen itself is not certified gluten free, we take care to source ingredients carefully for high standards of purity without the use of gluten-containing ingredients and do our best to eliminate the cross-contamination concern for those who are gluten intolerant through good hygiene practices and separate equipment.

Our best interest is you, our valued customers and clients, and yet we also value life in all its myriad forms, thus encouraging plant-based foods as a means to promote compassion to all creatures

and good health to all.

Delicious and comforting any time of the year, enjoy soups made from scratch using fresh, organic produce and only the best ingredients.
Spaghetti in the Raw
Zucchini noodles topped with sundried tomato marinara, cashew alfredo sauce, fresh tomatoes, avocado and sweet peppers and finished with fresh basil leaves.
Roasted Vegetable Lasagna
Sweet onions and peppers, mushrooms, zucchini and eggplant roasted in pure olive oil and Italian seasonings are layered between homemade marinara, brown rice pasta and blanched spinach then topped with garlic cashew sauce and baked to perfection.
Jackfruit Tacos
Grilled jackfruit is fajita seasoned and served in organic corn tortilla with shredded cabbage, avocado crema and fresh pico de gallo.
Enchilada Bake
Black beans, corn, potatoes, peppers, onions, zucchini and olives are layered with organic corn tortilla and a flavorful enchilada sauce then topped with garlic cashew cream and tomatoes.
Nacho Bowl
Brown rice, seasoned pinquitos beans and chopped salad greens are topped with garlic cashew cream and chipotle cashew cream, sliced avocado, fresh pico de gallo and olives.
Singapore Noodles
Bean thread noodles are seasoned with a special blend of curry and tossed with sautéed onions, mushrooms, carrots and spinach then garnished with sesame seeds.
Live Pizza
Pizza crust is made from sprouted buckwheat, flax and sunflower seeds then dehydrated at 110 degrees to keep those beneficial enzymes intact. It's topped with sundried tomato marinara, cashew/macadamia nut crème, tomatoes, sweet peppers, cauliflower, yam, onions, olives, spinach and fresh basil.
Loaded South-of-the-Border Salad
Three organic corn tortillas with seasoned refried beans topped with loads of shredded cabbage and romaine, grilled jackfruit and fajita vegetables, fresh pico de gallo, guacamole and garnished with fried plantain chips.
