Many folks know me here in my current hometown of Eugene, Oregon having previously owned a café. Due to changes in circumstances I've since had to close it down, choosing to focus more on my health at this time. I still enjoy making good food and so am able to do freelance chefwork through offering seasonal catering for small parties and private events in addition to the
Grab and Go foods that are available daily at select stores.

Dedicated to bringing happiness through the preservation and uplifting of health for our fellow human beings by promoting the use of high quality ingredients that are certified organic wherever possible and locally grown or made wherever possible.
I have chosen to take my stand against genetically modified foods (GMO’s) by voting with our dollars.
My menu eliminates many of the USDA--recognized ingredients for the most common food allergens: Wheat (gluten), Dairy, Eggs, Fish and Shellfish, and Peanuts. Some of our foods may
contain soy and tree nuts.
In my gluten free kitchen, I take care to source ingredients carefully for high standards of purity without the use of gluten-containing ingredients and do my very best to eliminate any cross-contamination concerns for those who suffer from these allergens through good hygiene practices and separate equipment.
My best interest is you, my valued customers and clients, and yet I also value life in all its myriad forms, thus encouraging plant-based foods as a means to promote compassion to all creatures
and good health to all.
